Black Hills State University Volleyball suffers a loss to South Dakota School of Mines and Technology
SPEARFISH, SD – A home game at Black Hills State University against South Dakota School of Mines and Technology packed the stands with BHSU and Hard rocker students. BHSU, coached by Bree Davis and Jessie Hibl, had the lead from the beginning of the game with a score of 25-17, giving them the first set point. As the second set started, the Hard Rockers, coached by Lauren Prochazka and Annika Stephens, called a timeout. The score was 22-20 with Mines in the lead. Mines won the second set 29-27. The teams were still neck and neck in the next two sets causing them both to win another set, leaving the score 2-2 leading the teams into a fifth set and would eventually win the set with a score of 15-10.
